Position Title: Personal Assistant
Reporting to: Managing Director
Main Role: provide secretarial and administrative support to the GM
Responsabilities: maintaining diaries and making appointments;
Dealing with incoming email, faxes and post;
Organizing meetings
Organizing and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;
Arranging travel and accommodation requirements
Handling business trip & expatriation related expenses
Filing and maintaining office records
Skills: Excellent written and oral communication skills
excellent computer skills;
Honesty and reliability
Trilingual (Arabic – French – English)
